The rare "Players of the Decade insert cards" were are found randomly in the retail 1990 fleer packs. I found a total of 2 after opening 3 entire boxes with 36 packs each(total of 108 packs). Get this great collectible without all the trouble and expense of buying packs.
This card is in great condition and went directly from being opened by myself from a pack recently to the protective sleeve you can see in the photo below. It has been stored carefully in a climate controlled environment to protect it's collectible value.
